Meredith Boxberger was one of three Warriors named to the all-tournament team.

Three Wayne State University senior softball players were voted to the NCAA Great Lakes Region All-Tournament team. WSU went 2-2 in the regional tournament including a victory over the defending national champion SIUE Cougars, the tournament runner-up.

Selected to the regional all-tournament team were catcher Sarah Berry (Acton, Ont.), first baseman Lindsey Perry (Taylor, Mich./Kennedy) and designated player Meredith Boxberger (Plymouth, Mich.).
