Kelly LaCroix directed the WSU diving program for her 12th season in 2007-08. LaCroix served as diving coach from 1993 to 1997, and returned in 1999.

During her tenure, LaCroix has guided several divers to All-American status (see list below), including Erika Barczak in each of the last four seasons. In 2005, Barczak became the first WSU All-American female diver since Susan Gierschick in 1986.

In addition to her duties at the collegiate level, LaCroix has also coached at numerous high schools and the Western Aquatics Club in the summer over the last 20 years.

LaCroix received her bachelor's degree in marketing from Eastern Michigan University in 1988. She and her husband, Paul, reside in Taylor with their two children, Rachael and Erik.
