Wayne State University senior Wynn Sarden (Sterling Hts., Mich./Warren Cousino) was voted to the All-GLIAC South Division Second Team by the league's head coaches.

Sarden started all 24 games he played (missed two games with an injury) and scored a team-best 399 points (16.6 points per game).

He shot 49 percent from the floor and grabbed a team-high 198 boards. Sarden also led the squad in field goals made (152), free throws made (89), blocked shots (9) and steals (46), while ranking second on the team with 60 assists.
