Wayne State University head baseball coach Jay Alexander announced early Saturday afternoon that the scheduled doubleheader against the University of Findlay has been cancelled due to severe weather conditions.

The Warriors, who defeated the Oilers twice on Friday, will look ahead to its six-game road trip, beginning with back-to-back nine-inning affairs at Mid-American Conference schools.

Wayne State will battle Central Michigan on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. and Eastern Michigan on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. WSU then heads to Grand Valley State for a four-game set Saturday and Sunday.

The game against the Chippewas and doubleheaders against the Lakers will be broadcast on the Internet via Teamline.
